- What is your photography style?
Every photographer has their own unique style. Do make sure that you check with them or go through their profile to ensure you like what you see before engaging the team.

- How long have you been taking wedding photographs?
You have to find out the no of years of experience the photographer has in wedding photography. To clarify further, you may question further on how many weddings he / she covers per month / year. It helps to judge how good the photographer is. The photographer can be in the industry for a long time but has probably only cover a few weddings a year.
Momento: We started since 2011 and we have been covering more than 60 weddings a year.
- Is the principle photographer covering my wedding?
In many cases, the principle photographer has the most experience in the team. Hence, if you have high expectations in photos, I strongly suggest for you to engage the principle photographer.

- How many photographers are needed for my wedding?
We strongly suggest for you to go with at least two photographers. Two photographers can cover more angles. Thus, you will have more moment shots from both the groom and bride side. Not only that, you can also minimise the risk of some unforeseen technical issues on your wedding day.

- How long does it take to deliver the final copies?
You need to set an expectation and have an understanding on the waiting period. Most teams have a standard SOP. They will go through a few rounds of editing and checking before delivery. It is fine if the waiting period is slightly longer as this ensures that you will receive better quality of final copies at the end of the day.
Momento: We need at least 30 – 60 days for delivery.
- How many photos is covered from the package?
Do understand the amount of photos you will be expecting from the photographer.
Momento: Unlimited, we offer all the photos return back to couples.
- Will you be giving us the high resolution photos?
Some teams provide only low resolution photos. Copyrights belong to the team. If you want to enlarge the photos, you may have to go back to them for high resolution prints.
Momento: Full resolution pictures will be delivered.
- How long will you keep my photos?
It is important to ask your photographer if he / she keeps a copy of your photos after delivery and for how long. Just in case you misplaced or lost your photos.
Momento: At least ONE year. We offer a cloud system where you can view and download your photos online.
- What is your rates and what are the add ons?
Many would have heard that there are many hidden costs from the initial package that they signed. It would be great if you can question further during the initial stage of consultation.

- How many hours of coverage and how much is the over time cost?
As wedding is always a first time experience, (well, in most cases), many couples do not know how much time they actually need to cover the entire wedding process. The basic coverage should be around 10 hours. Moreover, you may have a ROM/ church wedding / garden wedding / beach wedding etc. However, additional coverage sessions may cost you a little more!
