How do we secure our date?
To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit/retainer fee along with a signed service agreement. The dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. We are based in Penang/Malaysia but document love stories worldwide. Our travel packages usually include travel expenses to avoid hidden costs, but please inquire for specific destinations.
What is your turnaround time?
For the Same Day Edit slideshow, we need at least a 5-hour window (excluding travel time) to prepare the SDE to be played during your reception. For the full set of edited high-resolution images, the turnaround time is typically between 8 to 12 weeks. We also offer an optional expedite processing service for an additional fee.
Can we choose our own music?
Absolutely, you are encouraged to suggest music that resonates with your personal style and story. Furthermore, please supply the chosen song in MP3 format.
Do we need to provide meals for the team?
Absolutely, you are encouraged to suggest music that resonates with your personal style and story. Furthermore, please supply the chosen song in MP3 format.
Do you provide the unedited raw footage?
Raw footage is the unpolished ingredient, not the final meal. Our signature style relies on the careful curation and color grading of the footage. However, if you wish to archive every single captured moment, a Raw Footage Hard Drive can be purchased as an optional add-on.
