2. Can we combine our pre wedding shoot with our vacation?
Absolutely, combining your pre wedding shoot with your vacation is a fantastic idea. You can plan your shoot at the beginning of the trip so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your vacation afterwards.
3. Are there specific times of the year that are best for overseas shoots in popular destinations?
Depends on where you are traveling to and which season you like the most. Considering factors like weather, tourist crowds, and natural events like cherry blossoms or autumn leaves. You can discuss with our team, we are able to give you better advice.

4. How far in advance should I book my pre wedding shoot?
We recommend planning your overseas trip at least one year in advance. Ideally, the photo shoot should be scheduled for at least six months before your wedding. Flights and accommodations are cheaper if you book early.
5. How many hours are covered in a one-day shoot?
Typically, we cover about 6-8 hours. However, for cities requiring significant travel time, we may extend the duration accordingly.
6. Can I exclude items I don’t need from the package?
Absolutely, we offer rebates for selected services or items you choose not to include in your package.

10. Will you provide props for our pre wedding shoot?
We will prepare a long veil to create a dramatic look. If you want a bouquet, you can purchase it locally.
11. Do we need to obtain permits for shooting at certain locations?
Some locations may require permits or entrance fees for photography sessions.
12. How do you plan our itinerary?
Most of the time, our team will check out the selected locations a few days before your shoot to ensure everything is perfect. Then, we’ll meet with you the day before to finalize the detailed itinerary based on your chosen locations.
13. What if we are not comfortable posing in front of the camera?
Don’t worry if you’re not used to modelling; most of our clients aren’t either. Our photographer will guide you how to pose and make you feel comfortable. The goal is to capture your natural interactions and love for each other.
14. Can we ask for specific shots or poses during our shoot?
Yes, we welcome your list of preferred shots or poses. We will do our best to fulfil your needs while still retaining our photography style.
15. What is your backup plan for poor weather conditions?
We recommend starting the photo shoot early in the morning, allowing us the whole day to adapt to any weather changes. Rainy conditions can also offer beautiful scenes, so we might still capture great shots with the help of umbrellas.

We do not allow clients to choose a makeup artist for a pre wedding shoot. We partner with a few selected freelance makeup artists, and we only work with a few experienced makeup artists who are suitable for our style. You can check their artwork on our profile.
18. What is included in the makeup and hairdo services?
Our services include everything needed for your makeup and hairdo, such as ampoules, eyelashes, and body foundation. Hair accessories are also provided. We’ll list a few personal items you should bring for the shoot, detailed here: Things To Prepare For Your Pre Wedding Shoot.
19. Is groom’s makeup and hairdo included?
Yes, we provide a simple touch-up and hairstyle services for the groom.
20. What makeup and hairstyle should we choose?
Choose makeup and hairstyles that reflect your personal style and complement the shoot’s setting. You can do your research, take some photos of the styles that you like, and show them to our makeup artist. Our makeup artist will advise accordingly.
21. Will you change my makeup and hairstyle for each theme?
Yes, our makeup artist will touch up your makeup and create a new hairstyle for every outfit to complement the theme.
Photos, Album & Prints
22. Do you allow re-edit photos?
Yes, we allow one time re-edit. You can list all your requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
23. Can we have the RAW photos?
We do not provide RAW files, but you will receive all the basic edited JPEG photos included in your package.
24. What is the turnaround time for receiving the albums and prints?
Typically, it takes at least three months from the shoot date, depending on how quickly you select and finalize the photos for printing. This estimate assumes feedback is provided within one week.
25. Is there a limit to the number of photos we will receive?
There is no limit, you will receive all soft copies taken. The stated number in the package is just a guideline.
26. Are there any hidden costs we should be aware of?
Our prices are fixed and transparent. Upon sending you the packages, we have provided a comprehensive list of the potential expenditures that may be required, in order to prevent any undisclosed expenses.
Couples from Other States / Overseas
27. How can I choose gowns if I’m from overseas or another state?
Feel free to visit our studio in Penang for a gown fitting. You can collect your chosen gown before your departure and return it upon your return. Please note that there is a maximum rental period for the gowns.
If you prefer not to return to Penang, our team can assist by delivering the gowns to your destination. Note that this service will incur a luggage fee.
NOTE: The gowns are only available in early bird packages.
28. Is there a particular selection of gowns, or can I choose one from your studio?
You are free to choose any gown from the collection at our studio.
29. What is next after the shoot?
Our team can handle all processes online after the shoot. We will send you the soft copies via online and guide you on how to select your photos.
Once the photos are edited and the album layout is ready, we will share them with you for approval before printing.
Finally, we’ll courier the album and prints to your address once they are ready. Please note that the courier fee is not included, and charges may vary based on your location.
