Frequently Asked Questions
How much space do you need for the setup?
For the Standard Photo Booth, we require a space of approximately 10ft x 10ft. For the 360 SpinCam Video Booth, a clearance of 12ft x 12ft is recommended to ensure safety and allow guests to move freely.
Do you need a power supply?
Yes, we require one standard 13A power outlet within 5-10 meters of the setup area. We bring our own extension cords.
Can we customize the photo template?
Absolutely! Our team will design a custom 4R or strip template based on your wedding/ event theme, logo, or invitation card. You’ll get to review and approve the design before the event.
Is the internet connection included?
For the 360 SpinCam Video Booth, we include a Maxis LTE connection specifically for guests to download videos instantly via QR code. For the Photo Booth, we can enable a web gallery if Wi-Fi is available, but prints are instant!
What happens if we need more time on the day?
If everyone is having too much fun, you can extend the service! Overtime is charged at RM400/hr for the Photo Booth and RM500/hr for the 360 SpinCam, subject to crew availability.
